With genital aesthetics, just as procedures with an aesthetic purpose are performed, such as labia reduction, repair of the hymen, reduction of the clitoris and the removal of fat over the vagina (in the hair-bearing area), operations that increase sexual desire are also performed.

THE MOST IN DEMAND
Vaginal tightening is, after inner labia aesthetics, one of the most preferred vaginal aesthetic procedures. It is applied in the treatment of the looseness that develops in the vaginal area because of a normal birth or advancing age.
Vaginal tightening is treated with surgery, laser or radiofrequency. After the existing situation has been assessed during the examination, a decision is made on the method to be used. The operation takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes. There is no pain after the operation. After a rest of 2 to 3 hours the patient can be discharged.
A DIRECT RETURN TO DAILY LIFE
If laser or radiofrequency is to be applied, it can be carried out in the consulting-room setting without going to the operating theatre. The procedure, performed after local anaesthetic creams have been applied, takes about 20 to 25 minutes. After the procedure the patient can return directly to their daily life.
The labium (lip) problem in the vagina is genetic. It is present from birth. In many women it causes a lack of self-confidence. Because she finds it off-putting for her partner or because she is not pleased with its appearance, the patient’s psychological state is negatively affected.
Getting rid of the outer lips of the vagina is possible with a very simple and short operation. After the procedure there is no decrease in sexual desire. The patient can continue her normal sexual life after about 2 weeks. It does not require a hospital stay. With no loss of sensation but, on the contrary, with more sensation, daily life is resumed quickly. It is one of the genital operations performed very often. It is among the simplest and most successful operations that do not require a hospital stay.
RARELY ENCOUNTERED: THE SIZE OF THE CLITORIS
In many of the applications made to the clinic with the complaint of the size of the clitoris, it is seen that in fact there is no such problem. The size of the clitoris is a rarely encountered situation. Patients may perceive the excess skin in the clitoral area as “the size of the clitoris”.
That the clitoris does not lie very closed between the two outer lips when the patient is standing disturbs the patient aesthetically. However, the two lips being joined (very closed) is a situation seen only in baby girls. It is normal for the lips to open as she grows.
After puberty begins, the clitoris also grows. In adult women the clitoris is not seen to lie closed. However, if there is a great deal of openness, after it is checked whether the clitoris is large, if it is large a reduction operation is performed.
If the clitoris is not large but there is excess skin over it, the excess skin is removed together with the inner labia aesthetic operation. In some women there may also be a hollowing of the outer lips, or they are not sufficiently full. In this situation filler is applied to the outer lips or the patient’s own fat is transferred.
