What is a cookie?

External media cookies
Videos are embedded from YouTube and the map from Google Maps. This content only loads once you allow it; when it loads, the provider may use its own cookies. If you do not allow it, an information box is shown in place of the video or map.

Legal basis and transfers abroad
Cookies other than the strictly necessary ones are used only with your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1). Data collected through them may be processed on Google’s servers outside Türkiye; this transfer is also based on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 9).
For visitors from the European Union, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.
How to manage your choices
When you first visit the site, a window lets you accept all, reject all or choose each category. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page; once you withdraw consent, the related content and tools no longer load.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, your choice cannot be remembered and the window will open again on every visit.
